I occasionally compile my writing and musings into a zine.
Insights from both my own work with my mentors and coaches and my current trainings and my work with my clients get included, so I often refer to each zine as a concentration of multiple coaching sessions - more valuable and powerful than the word “zine” might imply.
I write about humans, relating, parenting, neurodivergence, astrology, Human Design, nervous system awareness, and whatever else is on my mind. I share quotes from what inspires me and what I’m reading!
The download is a PDF sheet that links out to separate phone and 8.5×11 formats - download the 8.5×11 if you’re using a computer and the phone version if you’re on your phone! For tablets, either will probs work. This is designed to make it readable both on devices AND on desktop!
